Auszüge aus der Beuys-Ausstellung. Die war auch riesig, viel zu groß. Aber interessant. Viele seltsame und/oder politische Kunst, eine Haufen Videos auf coolen Geräten und überraschend gute Skizzen (hatte ich noch nie gesehen).

Some examples of the Beuys-exhibition. Huge collection, a bit too much. But quite interesting, a lot of strange and/or political art, many videos, shown on cool screens and some surprisingly good sketches (never seen his sketches).

bye bye, bike

Mein Fahrrad ist gestern gestorben.
Erste Symptome: Ausfall der Bremse während der Fahrt.
Rücktrittbremse verzogen, irgendwas abgebrochen, Hinterradachse hinüber.
Deshalb ist wohl auch erstmal die Bremse kaputtgegangen.
Klassicher Totalschaden, da Hinterrad ausgetauscht werden müsste, eigentlich auch die Pedalachse. Zu kompliziert und aufwändig.
Übergangsweise habe ich mal Renés wackeliges Klapprad geliehen, aber in es muss zeitnah (hallo managerdeutsch), was neues her. Vielleicht muss ich meine Oma-Rad-Ansprüche mal herunterschrauben. Hmpf.



My bike died yesterday.
First symptoms: the brakes collapsed during the ride.
Back pedal brake broken, wheel axle broken.
The rear wheel needs to be exchanged, and then the pedal axle as well.
would just cost too much work an money.
Classic total loss.
for now i got Renés folding bike, but i need something new quickly.. Maybe i have to reset my requirements... hmpf.

Gestern mit dem vorletzten gültigen Tag der Museumskaart nach Amstelveen gefahren und ins Cobra-Museum für moderne Kunst gegangen. Da war ne Ausstellung zur Neuen Leipziger Schule. Ganz interessant!
