Guckt mal, was mir heute am Wegesrand begegnet ist. Die gute Charlotte.
Ich hatte schon in der Zeitung davon gelesen, dass die niederländische Übersetzung der Feuchtgebiete demnächst veröffentlicht wird. Aber mit Plakatwerbung hätte ich nicht gerechnet. Angepriesen wird es als "das aufsehenerregendste Buch des Herbstes". Ich bin gespannt, wie groß oder klein der Erfolg hier sein wird. Lustig finde ich auch, dass es schon eine englische Ausgabe gibt, Wetlands, bezeichnend, dass dort eine Avocado statt einem Pflaster auf dem Cover prangt (das versteht nur, wer das Buch gelesen hat).
I passed by an poster for the Dutch version of Charlotte Roche's Feuchtgebiete. Already read about the publication in the newspaper, but i was still surprised to see an advertising for it. It is promoted as the "most sensational book of the autumn". I'm curious how succesful it's gonna be in the Netherlands.
Oh. and i just did a brief research about an english release. And yes, there's also one, it's called "wetlands". and it's quite significant that there's an avocado on the cover, instead of a patch. (you'll only be able to understand that if you have already read the book)
